It
had been two weeks since the Christmas party of Cornerstone. It was super fun!
My level of excitement was the same as the excitement that the kids had that
day. Who wouldn’t? There were games, gifts, great food, and surprises.
Mind
you, one of the tutee that I was handling danced during the party. It was the
highlight of my day. She is a timid girl. That’s why when their group started
dancing on stage I was being a cheer leader. Now, I can say that parties bring
out the best of a kid.
Our
titos and titas from the Couples for Christ (CFC) were present in the event and
the YFC’s (Youth for Christ) who
entertained us with funny dance and good music.

In
behalf of the whole team we would like to thank the kind – hearted souls who sponsored
gifts for the tutees as well as those who prepared the food. To my fellow tutors, the parents, the tutees, ate Tin, and kuya Cons thank you also. The whole Cornerstone experience is so fulfilling.
